You can permanently delete the account and server-side game data associated with your Google Play Games sign-in.
For a guest profile on version 1.59 or later, use Settings > Delete Guest Data > Delete Permanently before uninstalling. This removes your public guest name and scores and resets guest progress on this device. An internet connection is needed if a leaderboard identity exists. A minimal retired-identity record prevents delayed requests from restoring deleted data. If you have lost access to a guest profile, email support with your guest display name and approximate best score; additional ownership verification may be necessary. Never send authentication secrets.
After verification, we will delete the account record and associated server-side scores, settings, achievements, coin balance, unlocked themes, and other supported synchronized game data.
Limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required. Removing the app or revoking Google Play Games access does not automatically delete server-side 2048 Odyssey data; use the in-app deletion action or submit the email request above.
